Yes, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to learn more about what brings your or your child to therapy, and to ensure it feels like we would be a good match.

Yes! I provide both in-person and telehealth sessions.

I do not currently accept insurance, but I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to inquire about your out-of-network mental health benefits and reimbursement options.

You can expect a standard therapy session to be 45-50 minutes long. Based on your personal need, we can discuss any necessity for alternative session length.

Yes, I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within that 24-hour window result in a full session fee charge.

Clients are typically seen on a weekly basis, however we may meet more or less frequently depending on level of support needed.

We will discuss my session rate and payment details during our initial phone consultation. During that time, we can also discuss any financial concerns you may have and whether a reduced-fee option may be appropriate. I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots, which are available based on individual circumstances and availability.
