Therapy for Adults
Maybe you're the one everyone leans on, and secretly, you have no idea who you'd lean on if you let yourself fall apart. Maybe you look fine on paper and feel like you're barely holding it together underneath. Maybe you've been white-knuckling your way through anxiety, grief, a relationship that's not working, or a pattern with substances that's starting to worry you, and you're just tired of doing it alone.
This is a space to stop performing "fine" and actually be honest about the inner critic that never lets up, the feelings you've spent years avoiding, and the coping strategies that used to work but don't anymore. Together, we'll figure out what's actually going on underneath the surface, and start building a life — and a relationship with yourself — that doesn't require you to keep shrinking.
Therapy for Adolescents
Being a teenager right now comes with more pressure than most adults realize: school, friendships, changing bodies, changing identities, and a running feed of comparison that never turns off. Some teens don't feel like they can be fully honest with the adults around them, even the ones who love them most.
I work with teens navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, body image, sexuality, perfectionism, and relationship struggles — and I try to be the kind of adult who's actually curious about who they are, not who they're "supposed" to be.
I also offer sessions for parents, because raising a teenager is its own kind of hard. We'll look at what's happening in your relationship with your child and build tools to navigate it together.
